A masterplan of an upgrading rest & service area for PLUS Berhad that enhances the genius loci and sense of remembrance of the place through:

• Improving the spatial quality of the place
• Introduction of new design elements, adaptive reuse
• Spatial articulation of the spaces
• Through degrees of articulation, each space/part is united with the whole place
• Highly articulated space defined precisely and stands out clearly

A smooth transition from tropical architecture to modern regional architecture that reduces independence of the elements and focuses on the largest element of the whole.
